Abt me

I try out e Career Personality Test...n i am ISTJ...I mean Introverted, S mean Sensing, T mean Thinking, and J mean Judging..i not e Extroverted, Intuitive, Feeling, and Perceiving. That means that based on the standard measure of personality traits, i have a quiet determination and sharp mind — i'm very focused and buckle down when it comes to work. I am the type of person one looks to in a crisis. While others may provide emotional support in a situation, my clear and logical thinking allows me to solve the problem at hand.
I am adaptable and can work independently or on a team. I am a careful thinker and get all the details before making any decisions. I don't jump to conclusions and stick with the facts provided. In other words, i'm the go-to person for the real story, not the spin or gossip. While others may view me as a bit stubborn at times, they begrudgingly respect my ethics and straightforward approach.
The reason employers and recruiters might be on the lookout for me is that only about 7% of the U.S. population shares the unique characteristics of my personality type. Research shows that businesses succeed when employers create a good balance of personality types in the office. And since only 7% of the U.S. population shares my type, that means employers are looking for you.
N i also took The Brain Test
I am Balanced-brained...That means i am able to draw on the strengths of both the right and left hemispheres of my brain, depending upon a given situation.
When i need to explain a complicated process to someone, or plan a detailed vacation, the left hemisphere of my brain, which is responsible for my ability to solve problems logically, might kick in. But if i were critiquing an art opening or coming up with an original way to file papers, the right side of my brain, which is responsible for noticing subtle details in things, might take over.
While many people have clearly dominant left- or right-brained tendencies, i am able to draw on skills from both hemispheres of my brain. This rare combination makes i a very creative and flexible thinker.
The down side to being balanced-brained is that i may sometimes feel paralyzed by indecision when the two hemispheres of my brain are competing to solve a problem in their own unique ways.
Plus The Brainteaser Test
N i ans 20 qns out 0f 30 qns..My score is in the 87th percentile. This means that if one hundred people took the test with me, my score would rank higher than 86 of them on average.
When they analyzed my test, they also discovered that when it comes to logical ability, you measure in the 96th percentile. This score indicates i have unusually strong abilities when it comes to to solving problems with logic. There are situations that require having a very precise thinking process to cut through the array of stimuli, and i can do this well. I can easily detect the underlying logic while others cannot. While others may get confused by things that are complex or out of order, my logical ability allows me to persevere and solve multi-layered problems.

I quite frustrated abt someone...hahah...someone still yet forgive me..hahah..sian..never mind i dun care le...then i quite lousy in organise thing tt i not used 2 or nt familiar sia..hahah..n i worry 2 much so may prevent me 2 do well...hahah
