my IC personality

In sch i took a test call DISC personalit test n i found out that i have a IC personality...I is more higher....than when i in SICT camp, i took the same test n it become I and C equal... so i pretty amaed by it...haha
so wat does IC mean? I is Influencing, Interactive, Interested in people...n C is Correct, Controlled, Compliant....N normally IC pattern name is Assessor.....so i see this word...i was shock...haha
