Computer Animation Project

Project Scope
~Using all the skills that you have learned for 3D create photo-realistic 3D models and animate them, with all necessary details.

Objective
~To test the skills in generating 3D models, animation and rendering techniques, for broadcast quality model.

Instructions
-Create 3D models to demonstrate the following skills using 3D modeling techniques
~Basic modeling
~Advance modeling
~Modifier
~Materials & mapping
~Camera & lighting
~Saving &Rendering
~Exporting
-You are required to make photo-realistic 3D models:
~Photo-realistic using texture mapping;
~Use the correct mapping type and texture;
~Apply the correct UVW mapping co-ordinates;
~Add a appropriate background for the environment.
-Add camera and lights in the scene and create a animation sequence of 30 sec to 1 min using your creativity
-Select one of the following as your 3D models
~Consumer Product (e.g. Shampoo bottle, toothpaste, sauce bottle, biscuits, etc)
~Electrical Product (e.g. Camera, stereo system, mp3 player, monitor, watch, ~calculator, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, etc)

~Size: 320 x 240 pixels (or higher)
~Compression Quality: Cinepak
~Save the 3DS file (*.max) and the final rendered animation sequence (*.mov) on you PC
~Export the animation for displaying on the web (*.swf)
