and website dedicated to local cuisine set up in 1995.

Indeed, these sites can also be useful resources for print publications.

The editor of dining magazine Appetite, Joyceline Tully, said she uses
them as a research tool and to see what different groups of people think
of a restaurant. But she added: "At Appetite, we have to do our own
research where restaurant reviews are concerned."
